Research interests:

  • Systematic and ecology of the free-living nematodes in the composition of the interstitial meiofauna and meiobenthos of the northwestern part of the Black Sea.

1976–1979 – Laborer of Department of Hydrobiology of the shelf, Odessa Branch of Institute of Biology of the Southern Seas named A.O. Kovalevsky (OBIBSS);

1979–1986 – Engineer of Department of Hydrobiology of the shelf, Odessa Branch of IBSS;

1986–1992 – Junior Researcher of Department of Hydrobiology of the shelf, Odessa Branch of IBSS;

1992–2002 – Researcher of the Department of Hydrobiology of the shelf, Odessa Branch of IBSS;

2002–2003 – Senior Researcher of the Department of Hydrobiology of the shelf, Odessa Branch of IBSS;

2003–2005 – the scientific secretary of Odessa Branch of IBSS;

2005–2023 – Senior Researcher of the Department of Ecology of Marginal Communities of Odessa Branch of IBSS (2014 – IMB NAS of Ukraine);

2024 – to the present time – Senior Researcher of the Department of Ecosystem Sustainability Assessment of the IMB of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
